2.1. Welcome to the koreanglow.co.il website, hereinafter "the Site".

2.2. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the Company.

2.3. Use of the Site, including browsing, ordering, purchasing, or providing details, constitutes full and explicit consent to these terms.

2.4. The Company may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use.

4. Right to Purchase

4.1. Any person over the age of 18 with a valid payment method may make a purchase.

4.2. The Company may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, provision of incorrect information, or illegal use.

5. Order and Payment

5.1. Placing an order is subject to providing complete and accurate details.

5.2. Confirmation of order receipt does not constitute final approval for delivery.

5.3. Payment will be processed after receiving approval from the clearing company.

5.4. The Company may perform additional verification prior to completing the transaction.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

6.2. The Company will not be liable for delays beyond its control, including force majeure.

6.3. Providing an incorrect address will obligate the customer to pay additional costs.

6.4. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the provided address.

7. Transaction Cancellation and Returns

7.1. Transaction cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

7.2. A transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the actual receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later.

7.3. A person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction within 4 months, in accordance with the law.

7.4 Method of delivering cancellation notice

Transaction cancellation will be made by explicit written notice in one of the following ways:

The cancellation notice will include:

  • Full name

  • ID number

  • Order number

  • Phone number

  • Last four digits of the payment method

The cancellation will be considered valid from the date the Company receives the notice.

7.5 Product Return

7.5.1. In case of cancellation not due to a defect, the product will be returned at the customer's expense.

7.5.2. The product will be returned as:

  • Closed

  • In its original packaging

  • Unused

  • Without damage or alteration

7.5.3. A product that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it is a proven defect.

7.6 Cancellation Fees

The Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, unless the cancellation is due to a defect as defined by law.

7.7 Refund

7.7.1. A refund will be issued within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.

7.7.2. The refund will only be issued to the original payment method.

7.7.3. In case of partial cancellation, shipping fees will not be refunded.

7.7.4. The Company may deduct from the refund in case of a decrease in value due to use.

7.8 Cancellation due to defect

In case of a proven defect:

  • The Company will bear the cost of collection

  • No cancellation fees will be charged

  • A full refund or replacement will be made at the Company's discretion and in accordance with the law

8. Reinforced Warranty for Cosmetics

8.1. The Company warrants that the products are new and in good condition at the time of delivery for shipping.

8.2. The warranty applies only to a substantial manufacturing defect that existed at the time of delivery.

8.3. Any external defect must be reported within 2 business days with documentation.

8.4. Failure to report on time constitutes confirmation of receipt of a functional product.

8.5. The warranty does not cover:

  • Personal reaction or allergy

  • Use contrary to instructions

  • Improper storage

  • Combination with other products

  • Normal wear and tear

8.6. In the event of a proven defect, the Company may replace, provide a substitute product, or refund only the cost of the product.

8.7. The Company will not be liable for bodily harm, allergic reaction, indirect, or consequential damage.

8.8. The Company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.

8.9. The customer is responsible for performing a sensitivity test before first use.

9. Limitation of General Liability

9.1. Use of the Site and products is at the sole responsibility of the user.

9.2. The Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential, emotional distress, or loss of profits.

9.3. The maximum liability amount will not exceed the actual transaction amount.

10. Indemnification

The user undertakes to indemnify the Company against any claim or damage arising from improper use of the Site or breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Site belong exclusively to the Company, and no use of the content may be made without prior written approval.
